The 2022 Flavorscape LASOW is a Low Alcohol Sparkling Orange Wine crafted in the Champagne method. Perplexingly full-bodied yet lithe, this skin-contact sparkler was born from a mix of aromatic varieties—notably Pinot Blanc—picked early for acidity, then put through a traditional method bubbles build, and suspended en tirage for 14 months. Divine and only 8% alcohol.
